Continue readingIn all you do, find joy in every day! Life is hard some days. This year, amidst the pandemic of the Corona Virus/COVID-19, I have learned to find the joy in each day. As hard as that is on some days, the little moments are there. This year I am thankful for a healthy family, hope in the darkness, & Jesus who never leaves us.

Chloe had her guinea pigs out for an outdoor photo shoot this afternoon. I was able to get some great pictures of her with each pig. These pigs have been the perfect pet for her. And I must say, we’ve all grown rather attached to them.
Continue readingOn Friday, Oct. 1, Jakim & I took the kayaks out on the NE Cape Fear River. The weather was coolish, but once we got paddling it was great! I love to kayak in the intercoastal & swim, but I enjoyed the river kayak to just be out in nature. This was our second time river kayaking.
I have enjoyed taking pictures of the girls since they were little. And we have many pictures of them sleeping –whether in a car on a trip, in their bed, or on the couch. Even now at their ages, they are super precious & sweet–asleep!
